20 years pass since the fall of Sokhumi

Georgian MIA arrested two for producing counterfeit money Levan V (born in 1985) and Omar Kh. (born in 1962). According to the investigation, the individuals produced national counterfeit notes and used them in commercial institutions or passed off as genuine to people.

5.3-magnitude earthquake hits Georgia

Earthquake hit Georgia this morning. According to the Ilia State University Seismological Center, the epicenter of the 5.3-magnitude quake was in Kvareli, Kakheti region of Georgia.
The earthquake took place at 08:09. No further details are available yet.
