ოსლოში ანდერს ბრეივიკის საქმის სასამართლო მოსმენა მიმდინარეობს
პროცესი დაცვის მხარის არგუმენტების მოსმენით დღეს სრულდება. გადაწყვეტილებას კი, სასამართლო მოგვიანებით გამოაცხადებს.
კუნძულ უტოიაზე დაღუპული თამთა ლიპარტელიანის ოჯახმა შესაძლოა ნორვეგიული სასამართლოს გადაწყვეტილება გაასაჩივროს. ეს იმ შემთხვევაში მოხდება, თუ მოსამართლე პროკურორების ბოლო რეკომენდაციას გაითვალისწინებს, ბრეივიკს შეურაცხადად აღიარებს და მის ფსიქიატრიულ კლინიკაში გადაყვანას გადაწყვეტს. თავად ბრეივკს არ სურს ის შეურაცხადად აღიარონ. სასამართლოზე დღეს მასაც მოუსმენენ.
შეგახსენებთ ანდერს ბრეივიკის მიერ მოწყობილ ტერაქტებს ოსლოსა და კუნძულ უტოიაზე 77 ადამიანი მათ შორის ქართველი გოგონა თამთა ლიპარტელიანი ემსხვერპლა.
